Got questions? We’ve got answers.
Here are the most common things we get asked – from how we work to what it’s like working with us. If you’re wondering about something else, just drop us a message – we’re always happy to chat.

01

Absolutely. While our HQ is in London, our team is remote and we work with brands all over the world from Spain to Scotland to South Africa! We always start with strategy, meaning we’ll do our homework to understand your market, your guests, and your goals. Through tools like Zoom, Slack and email (plus the occasional WhatsApp), we stay in regular contact – often more than you’d get from a local agency down the road.

02

No cookie-cutter pricing here. Every brand we work with is different, so we build custom packages based on what you actually need.

03

Yes – and we do. We’re proud of the results we drive, and we don’t just say it, we show it. On average, our clients see a 12:1 return on their marketing investment – including both our fees and any paid media spend.

You’ll receive monthly reports and access to your own live data dashboard, so you can see what’s working in real-time. We also run quarterly reviews to look at the bigger picture and refine strategy where needed.

04

Nope. We work on 6-month rolling contracts because we want our clients to stay with us because they want to, not because they have to. You’ll also have the flexibility to adjust services as your needs change, and we’ll be on hand to guide you through it.

05

That’s up to you. Some clients like to be super involved, others prefer to hand over the reins and let us run with it.

We’ll tailor the working style to suit you – though we will need your input upfront to get everything set up properly. Our New Partner Welcome Pack makes that part simple.

06

If you want more bookings, more visibility, and stronger guest loyalty – then yes, 100%. With guests discovering, researching and booking stays online, your marketing needs to do more than just look good – it needs to work hard behind the scenes too.

From increased direct bookings to improved revenue, retention and rebooking rates, our clients consistently see real business impact as a result of our services. You can find our case studies that go into more detail here.

07

We take over the day-to-day running of your social channels – including strategy, content planning, posting, community management, and campaign development.

We’ll work with you to set goals and from there we build a calendar of content designed to grow your audience and drive bookings. All you need to do is keep us updated with key dates and events – we’ll take care of the rest.

08

You don’t need a huge budget to get started. We typically recommend a minimum of £500/month ad spend to start, then you can always scale up once you see what works.

We’ve seen ROAS of up to 66:1 for clients who’ve committed to paid social and Google Ads – so it’s often one of the most cost-effective ways to drive direct bookings.

09

We hear this a lot – and it’s one of the reasons we started Stay the Night.

We’re not a traditional agency. We don’t do fluff, vanity metrics or vague strategies. We immerse ourselves in your brand, your goals, and your audience and act as an extension of your team. We’re transparent, proactive, and always honest – and our results speak for themselves.

10

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with in-house teams, supporting with everything from direct booking campaigns to social strategy, influencer marketing, and PR.

11

That depends on the service. Some results – like increased social media engagement or website traffic – can happen within weeks. Others, like sustained increases in direct bookings or brand awareness, can take a little longer to build – as a rule of thumb, we usually see bookings increase within 2–3 months.

We always set realistic expectations and build reporting into our process so you can track progress from the start.

12

Yes! As well as offering in-house production, we also work closely with a trusted network of hospitality-focused creators. Either way, we manage the entire process for you – from creative direction to shoot-day planning and asset delivery.

We can also repurpose and optimise your existing content wherever possible to make the most of what you already have.

13

Of course – we’ve worked with many clients from pre-launch phase. Whether it’s starting a new brand from scratch, repositioning your existing brand, or just getting the word out about a new location, we can help ensure you connect with and reach the right audience from day one.

14

Yes. We offer standalone services including branding, strategy development and marketing audits. If you’re looking for more short-term support like this, get in touch to see how we can help.

15

We do! We offer bespoke training sessions over Zoom or in person, tailored to your team’s needs. Whether it’s upskilling your staff on content creation, embracing employee-generated content or rolling out new brand guidelines, we’ll make sure your team walks away with practical knowledge, real examples, and ideas they can use straight away.

16

Chances are, yes. We specialise in hospitality – from design-led aparthotels and boutique brands to hybrid concepts and growing hostel groups. Every strategy we create is tailored to your property’s unique guest profile, brand, and business goals.
